“We use the social media feature a lot, it’s nice to have posts automatically synched and posted to our Facebook page.”
- David Lipscomb
David Lipscomb of David Lipscomb Builders in South Carolina relied solely on referrals and word of mouth before partnering with Yodle. When the recession hit business slowed and David knew it was time to get online. Yodle got David found; customers were looking at his adversite and loved seeing the photos of his work. Work has been steady since signing on.
We signed up with Yodle, they got a lot of items that they offered that interested us, one being the webpage and the coverage that we got on the internet. We were in a lot of places. We were getting a lot of calls and we're very satisfied with those results. Since we've signed up with Yodle, we've gotten really good leads, one in particular that looks like we're going to close. It's a very nice project and really hits our specialty at what we do in interior modeling, and some old customers from many years ago found us and refreshed their memory that we are still here and we're working on quotes for them right now.
The way that Yodle has come in and helped us put our webpage together, with how easy the pictures are to get on the site, customer reviews, people that are finding us. I also like the number of phone calls that we're getting and we can go back to our dashboard that Yodle offers to follow up on what has transpired with the phone calls and leads, and then the other feature I really like is we can go back and hear those phone messages.
Yodle has given us other venues to put our product out in front of the public and with the internet, they can find us seems to be very easily because we're getting a lot of phone calls. My wife handles a lot of the essentials and she really likes the dashboard. Yodle does what they say they're going to do. They also I think bend over backwards to help you. What they say is going to happen, and has happened with our company. I'd give them a shot.
