Hello, My name is Dr. Joe Novak. I'm a clinical psychologist, I'm in outpatient private practice and my business is delivering outpatient mental health services to teenagers, and adults. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Before I signed up with Yodle, I had just embarked on growing my practice. So, I wanted to double the number of patients I was seeing each week. I had thought before about hiring somebody to create a web page, I knew the costs were quite significant, and also I didn't have the time to spend hours and hours on the creation. So that's where Yodle became very attractive to me.

I wasn't necessarily skeptical going into this into my relationship with Yodle because, in all honesty, I really didn't have much experience and I was a bit naive. I knew I wanted my business to grow and my expertise about delivering therapy is not about marketing and I needed to educate myself about marketing. I also needed to have a company that knew what they were doing. So I felt that as I knew more about Yodle and the different components of their business that they had to offer I thought, 'This is a good marriage for me.'

What I am particularly pleased with from what Yodle accomplished was certainly my webpage. It has gotten to the point where I am very happy with it. I’m also very pleased in terms of how quickly when a customer goes to my webpage and wants to send me an email, or wants to contact me via the phone number; how quickly it is posted for me to review as I review every day.

The uploading of photos is pretty seamless and easy, whether you are sophisticated or not. I've used my phone, I've taken pictures of my office space and have posted it right on my web page and almost instantaneously it’s on there and it fits well.

If you take a look at the various components that Yodle offers and you had to break those down, had to seek those out from individual companies, I believe that it would be quite expensive and, your time would be taken up. For me it’s about optimization, my time, and efficiency. There's where I find Yodle is very helpful.
