Yodle Has Investors Singing Its Tune
Yodle, a start-up that helps local businesses advertise online, has received $10 million in a fourth round of funding, Venturebeat said. The financing round, which brings Yodle’s total funding to $38 million, was led by JAFCO Ventures. Previous backers, including Draper Fisher Jurvetson Growth, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Bessemer Venture Partners, also participated. Yodle, which is based in New York, reported a 135 percent increase in revenue in 2009, compared with a year earlier, VentureBeat noted.
