Stephanie Kelly

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Yodle, Stephanie is responsible for all of the company’s key HR initiatives and functions. Stephanie is an HR executive with over 25 years of experience in specialties such as employee branding, change management, corporate talent strategy, leadership development, and compensation.  Prior to joining Yodle, she served as Managing Partner and Founder of the global consulting boutique, Apt Talent Partners.  Before that Stephanie was VP of Human Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions, an outsourced technology services provider, where she designed and implemented the company’s talent strategy and leadership development program helping to drive 50+ percent year over year growth.  Other significant positions that she has held include Associate Partner at Accenture, an international leader in professional services; Director of HR at Coldwell Banker Relocation Services; and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the Bank of New York (now BNY Mellon).

Stephanie is a graduate of Skidmore College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

Q: What’s your favorite buzzword?
A: Deliverable; I hate using buzzwords, but I’m guilty of overusing this one.

Q: What’s your nerdiest habit?
A: I’m an unabashed spreadsheet hound and use Excel to plan dinner parties, ski trips, back to school shopping; you name it!
