Lead History shows the most recent 25 calls, emails you have received. You can click on the contact name to listen to the calls and rate the quality of the lead. You can also filter your leads to only view unrated activity, lead type (call/email/offer), or if the call length is greater than 2 minutes.
It is recommended that you rate your leads. Our algorithm recognizes your feedback and adjusts accordingly. Remember, a good lead is anyone that is interested in the services you provide, within your serving area. If it’s an opportunity for business, it’s a good lead. When you rate and save your contact’s information, that person will then be added to your contacts list for future marketing use.
Call Recording
Click anywhere on the line of the lead you wish to view and listen to or download the call recording.

Once you have listened to the call, select the lead status and input any pertinent notes about the call you may want to reference in the future.

Select the lead rating under the 'Status' options and ensure you save the prospect’s name in order to save your lead rating.

The Referral report is the next sub-tab. This shows you a quick snapshot of the calls you’ve received on each of your tracking lines. If you are using any additional tracking lines (example: billboard advertising etc.), you can view those calls in the referral chart at the bottom to view each line’s percentage of your total lead volume.

If you click the call tracking sub-tab, you will see a heat map of your lead volume and how many calls were answered or missed. This is helpful in determining your busiest time of day. Additionally, the call tracking information can help you staff appropriately, ensuring you don’t miss valuable leads and have employees out of the office on lunch/breaks when you are busiest.
Summary
View how many leads came from each of your tracking lines over a 3, 6 or 12 month time range.
Heat Map
View your lead volume throughout the day.
Tip: Utilize the heat map to ensure you are staffed appropriately to eliminate missed calls from potential customers!
