Overview
Yodle is seeking a high energy and talented Director of Online Marketing Analytics with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast growing New York Office. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the online media industry, specifically utilizing rigorous analytical and data-driven approaches in pushing for marketing results.  The individual must be a strategic thinker who understands online marketing, lead generation and landing page optimization. The primary goal of our team is to leverage strategic data insights and intelligence to deliver superior ROI performance to our 6000+ small business partners and be responsible for the optimal deployment of $40+M of online marketing spend across 70,000 campaigns.
 
Responsibilities:
The Director of Online Marketing Analytics will possess strong analytical capabilities and be responsible for driving all consumer marketing efforts. Primary functions include:
• Manage and work with a team of analytical marketing professionals to research and develop online marketing best practices through rigorous data-driven insights
• Work with Yodle’s Product Strategy/Management teams to facilitate appropriate technology build-out in supporting and scaling online marketing best practices
• Liaise with all parts of the Yodle team (Sales, Client Services, etc.) to maintain robust and efficient daily cross-functional operations 
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant distribution partners in addressing key performance metrics as well as strategic opportunities 
• Leveraging large scale data and analytics in diagnosing and optimizing Yodle’s suite of online media products through Yodle’s in-house technology platforms
• Growing and instilling Yodle’s unique culture with direct team and the entire organization 

Qualifications: 
• Hands-on experience with SEM (e.g., Google Adwords) preferred – experience with other online advertising channels (SEO, Display, Social Media) is an additional plus
• Superior analytical skills – must have prior hands-on experience working with large data sets
• Communicates complex data-driven findings in both a concise and precise manner
• A successful track record in building, growing and managing dynamic teams
• Ability to research and stay ahead of online media industry trends and effectively formulate strategic marketing initiatives with respect to Yodle’s digital marketing products
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Understands the demands of a private, emerging growth company and has thrived in a fast-paced, dynamic and cross-functional work environment
• Charismatic leader with ability to create a positive work environment, further Yodle’s unique and open culture and be a motivator for the team and the entire organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required – SQL experience recommended
• Bachelor’s degree required – background in a quantitative discipline is preferred (e.g., Mathematics, Econometrics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
