Overview
Yodle is seeking a talented Client Services Manager to lead and grow a new team of Search Marketing Consultants and Analysts who are responsible for creating, implementing, optimizing and managing websites, pay-per-click campaigns and SEO for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to manage and build a team in a cutting edge field.
 
Responsibilities
• Management of a 10+ person client services team.
• Hiring, performance management, employee development, and coaching processes.
• Internal process and procedure project management and implementation responsibilities.
• Lead research, creation, implementation and management of client campaigns with Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Ask, MIVA, Enhance and others.
• Supervise analysis of campaign data and advise team on proper adjustment utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return on ad spend.
• Consistently work with all departments and management to ensure highest level of client satisfaction and employee performance.
• Consistently work with outside parties to ensure adherence to client needs and Company needs.
• Keep abreast of latest industry products, services, information and trends

Qualifications
• 3-5 years minimum experience managing a team of 10+ Client Services Specialists in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptionally organized self-starter who can manage independently, execute quickly and move to the next task.
• Experience identifying proper landing pages, researching/developing keywords and creating titles and descriptions.
• Exceptional interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Certified Google Advertising Professional is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development or related field.
