Yodle is seeking a highly motivated, high energy National Accounts/Franchise Sales Manager to help drive new business revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success selling and managing a growing National Accounts/Franchise advertising sales team, selling to C level executives and Marketing Heads as well as a track record of exceeding quota in a business-to-business environment. This person should also have a deep understanding of the CMR and Media/Consulting sales channels. This position will be located in our Scottsdale office.

We are looking for a strong leader to take our National Accounts/Franchise sales opportunity to the next level. This person must love to win and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately forecast monthly sales projections for new business
• Achieve sales results/goals by training, motivating and coaching team of 10-12 National Account Reps
• Recruit, motivates and maintain high energy/high caliber sales staff
• Develop territory and account strategies to attain and surpass quota consistently
• Partner with our Product team in an effort to improve customer results through product improvements
• Focus the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs utilizing solution selling models
• Build a customer centric orientation and drive acquisition of high quality customers that we can retain
• Encourage open communication and take responsibility and action for your team and for Yodle. Seek to fully understand information from many points of view
• Create an engaged team
• Motivate others to achieve beyond expectations
• Provides strong leadership to drive and exceed key expectations
• Maintains company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others
• Understand the market, the customer and the competition

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of successful experience in sales with a consistent proven track record of exceeding quota expectations in a business to business environment
• 2 to 5 years of successful business to business sales management experience
• Experience selling to C level executives
• A deep understanding of the CMR and Media/Consultant Sales Channel
• Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing
• Outstanding communication skills and presence
• Maturity to work within a start-up organization in a regional office
• The ability to successfully manage people to achieve performance goals. Excellent people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
• Experience with sales automation software, excel, word and outlook
• BA/BS
