VP of Human Resources- New York NY

Overview

    The Vice President of Human Resources reports to CEO Court Cunningham and is a member of the company’s executive team. The VP HR will be a strategic thinker who understands how to develop human capital, instill strong cultural values, and manage 300% year over year growth. The VP HR will possess strong analytical capabilities and be responsible for driving all HR efforts including: recruiting, onboarding, training & development, employee relations, compensation strategy, and compensation and benefits. The role will require a business-oriented executive who recognizes changing market dynamics and can execute an effective HR strategy. It will also require an individual who can establish a results and performance based culture while infusing an appropriate level of process and prioritization.

Responsibilities

    IDEAL EXPERIENCE
  • At least 10 years experience in comparable industries with 5 years in a senior management position

  • Experience in larger organizations of 500 plus employees

  • Experience in a start up environment

  • Proven track record of driving business results through the HR function

  • Demonstrated success in building a large national, geographically distributed sales team. We will grow the team from 180 to 800 in 18 months while maintaining productivity and consistent revenue growth.

  • Strong track record of building and hiring a world-class HR team
