Yodle, a leading provider of local search advertising and online lead generation services to small and medium businesses, is seeking a smart, energetic SEO Production Specialist to join our in-house team as a temporary member. To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to pay attention to detail and have a great eye for design. You will need to keep the technical execution of the site "back of mind" as you translate the client's vision. You will need to have an intuitive sense of color, navigation and space. You will need to be able to quickly change a website based on the client’s specifications, design mockups, make coding edits, and work within a team to develop and maintain great websites.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for creation, maintenance and updates to websites built by both Yodle and our clients to apply established on-page SEO best practices to ensure SEO success.
• Work closely with other Yodle departments to ensure the clients marketing goals and objectives are being understood and met within established timelines and with the highest level of quality.

Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of popular content management systems, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and custom CMS setups.
• Experience with SEO, including semantic markup, content creation and on-page and off-page optimization best practices
• Experience with FTP applications and domain/site management systems (cpanel, plesk, etc.)
• Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS in div and table-based layouts.
• Excellent communication and organization skills – ability to assess client needs and deliver efficient updates on multiple public-facing sites.
• Keen attention to detail in code implementation
• Desire to innovate and bring new ideas to our process
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements based on specific client needs
• HTML & CSS2 (Ability to hand code a must!!)
• 2 years experience in web development
• A keen eye for design
• A working knowledge of Photoshop
• Knowledge of user-interface best-practices for web design
• Experience in an agency or creative environment is a plus
• BA/BS in a related field
