Yodle is seeking a high energy and talented Sr. Online Marketing with 5+ years of hands on experience to join our fast growing New York Office. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing online advertising channels in a direct response capacity. Online aspects include: PPC, SEO, Display, Re-Targeting, Purchase Path development/optimization, Landing Page development/optimization, planning/strategy and budget management. The goal of this role is to lead special executive sponsored projects to 1) drive more leads cost effectively to Yodle clients and 2) build more awareness of Yodle’s local online advertising services to local businesses.

Responsibilities• Consistently utilize innovative tactics to bring cost per lead down for Yodle clients
• Guide strategy and lead execution of innovative online methods to generate awareness of Yodle in the local business community
• Driving business decisions based on experience, research and cost/benefit modeling
• Budget management and KPI forecasting
• Resource management and prioritization for 1-2 direct reports post ramp period
• Analyze SEO and PPC campaign data and adjust accordingly utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO & SEM industry information and trends
Qualifications:
• 5+ years successfully creating and managing paid search campaigns on engines like Google and Yahoo
• 5+ years experience optimizing SEO campaigns through white hat methods
• 2+ years managing marketing professionals a plus
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies for Google
• Landing page conversion optimization (A/B testing, multivariate testing and offer testing background)
• Working knowledge of web analytic and bid-management tools such as Did-it’s Maestro, Atlas One Point, SearchIgnite, Webtrends, Hitbox Professional, Omniture, Core Metrics
• Experience with online display advertising Web site analytics and Web site conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA) a plus
• Local SEM experience, experience as a reseller, and experience with 3rd party bid optimization tools a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Exceptional project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree a plus
