The Job
The SEM Traffic Analyst will act as the point of contact with key distribution partners such as Google, Yahoo and MSN to ensure that data feeds are automated and optimized through smooth integration and drive maximum revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Be a point person for publisher relationships: Work with Account managers at publishers and ensure Yodle is up to date with best practices
• Feed Optimization & Content Syndication: Optimize existing feeds with Yodle search partners such as Google, Yahoo, MSN
• Manage and Optimize feeds to local directories and publishers
• Enable technical data exchange and abstraction to execute tests between Yodle platform and partner network
• Work with Yodle product management to define technical requirements for integration (customer feeds, billing, reporting, UI changes)
• Analyze traffic data and ensure that Yodle customers receive maximum results from these key strategic publishers to increase revenue and return on ad spend
• Keep abreast of latest industry products, services, information and trends
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of search engine marketing industry experience or agency experience managing multiple provider/publisher relationships within a high-volume environment. In-depth experience with top tier search engines preferred
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience with traffic sourcing, ad networks such as DART, Quigo, Ad.com, ContextWeb a plus
• Direct experience with interactive marketing, traffic sourcing, media planning and campaign management
• Exceptionally organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
