Responsibilities
In this in-house only (no remote or virtual recruiting) role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment. You will recruit for various open positions throughout the organization. Specifically, you will:

• Work with managers to understand hiring needs
• Identify candidates through established and newly identified channels (i.e. job boards, referrals, database mining, etc.)
• Market the company to candidates; developing a sense for what sells in this market and how to present our positions and opportunities
• Work closely with candidates throughout the process; assume responsibility for their progression and transition through the recruiting process, gauge interest and identify any possible concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups and hiring managers
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years recruiting experience
• Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates by approaching all work with integrity and commitment
• Ability to understand and recruit for both technical and non-technical positions, including: development, marketing, sales, client services, corporate, etc.
• Creativity and resourcefulness to find unique skill sets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment
