In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment as well as basic HR Generalist functions. You will recruit for various open positions throughout the organization and be the HR contact for the Scottsdale office.

Responsibilities
Recruiter
• Work with managers to understand hiring needs.
• Identify candidates through established and newly identified channels (i.e. job boards, referrals, database mining, etc.).
• Market the company to candidates; developing a sense for what sells in this market and how to present our positions and opportunities.
• Work closely with candidates throughout the process; assume responsibility for their progression and transition through the recruiting process, gauge interest and identify any possible concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups and hiring managers.
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports

Generalist
• Responsible for on boarding and new hire orientations
• Go to person for first line employees requests and questions
• Conducting exit interviews and off boarding tasks
• Assisting with employee relations
• Maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years recruiting and/or human resources experience
• Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates by approaching all work with integrity and commitment
• Ability to understand and recruit for both technical and non-technical positions, including: development, marketing, sales, client services, corporate, etc.
• Creativity and resourcefulness to find unique skill sets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment
