Yodle is looking to hire a QA Manager. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong managerial and leadership skills, the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and learn on the fly, strong experience in automation testing and knowledge of programming.

Responsibilities
• Work with product management and engineering to determine how to test two complex products
• This individual should have a strong desire to understand the customer and help to ensure that what we’re building meets not only the letter of the requirements but also solves the underlying business problems that our customers have.
• Keep pace with our rapid agile development environment (2-week iterations)
• Lead a team of 3 QA analysts, while remaining hands-on
• Supervise both manual and automated testing efforts using Selenium/JUnit
• Understanding of how to test complex web-based applications which interact with third-party services

Qualifications:
• Strong experience in automation
• Basic knowledge of Java development or other modern language (perl/python/groovy preferred) Working knowledge of Linux a plus
• Some experience with running SQL queries
• Bachelor's Degree
