We are searching for a QA Engineer who can truly take ownership of product quality – someone who takes pride in shipping a quality product that enables our employees and clients to be successful. The right candidate will be curious, a strong problem solver, highly organized and detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Self starter with a "can-do" attitude
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop a comprehensive set of tests for our web-based application
• Work with users to reproduce bugs and log proper bug reports
• Collaborate with engineering to validate bugs and get them fixed
• Assist product and engineering teams to define requirements
• Run manual test scripts and maintain automated testing scripts
• Analyze failed tests and manage defects using the bug reporting tool
• Perform extensive functional, integration, security and UI testing

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques. Open source tools preferred
• 3 or more years experience testing database driven web applications
• 3 or more years experience writing automated tests for web applications
• Solid experience writing test cases and test plans
• SQL database skills (writing queries, interpreting results)
• Basic knowledge of Linux a plus
• Experience with open-source testing tools such as Fit, FitNesse and/or Canoo WebTest
• Programming/scripting in any language a plus
• Some knowledge of sponsored search (i.e. Google AdWords, Overture) a plus
