Director of Human Resources – New York NY

Overview
The Director of Human Resources will lead all HR aspects for the Company and will be a critical member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who understands how to develop human capital, instill strong cultural values, and manage dramatic growth across multiple locations.
The Director of HR will possess strong analytical capabilities and be responsible for driving all HR efforts across the Company including: policy development, compensation strategy, performance management design, employee relations management, recruiting and on-boarding, training and development and oversight of payroll and benefits. The role will require a business-oriented executive who recognizes changing market dynamics and can effectively partner across all areas of the organization.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• At least 10 years experience in comparable industries with 5 years in a senior management position
• Experience in a start up environment
• Experience in larger organizations (at least 500 plus employees)
• Proven track record of driving business results through the HR function
• Demonstrated success in supporting large geographically distributed sales and client service teams
• Strong track record of building and hiring a world-class HR team
