Yodle is looking for an Interactive Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries via telephone communication and email transmission. This position is a first level support for our client base and will focus on resolving first level issues in a timely fashion. He/she will support our interactive marketing specialists and marketing managers.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound service requests via telephone and email inquiries.
• Assist in client education of basic search engine marketing issues.
• Focus on client education and customer service.
• Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.

Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of experience in a customer support environment preferred.
• Call Center Customer Service or heavy phone volume background preferred.
• Experience in an Internet, marketing, advertising preferred.
• Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of PC based internet and software applications
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer.
• Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers
• Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree
