Yodle is looking to hire a talented HR Generalist, based out of our Charlotte office. This position will report into the VP of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
• Compensation & Benefits: research, recommend, implement and administer all benefits (i.e. health, dental, 401k, etc.) and compensation programs; administer and process enrollment or change information to plan providers, distribute information and explain benefits programs to employees
• Performance Management: facilitate, administer and improve annual performance evaluation & bonus process; create, implement & execute processes to identify and address low performers (i.e. Performance Improvement Plans)
• Reporting & Analysis: capture, report and analyze key HR metrics (i.e. headcount, attrition, compensation, etc.); propose recommendations based on analysis of data
• Employee Relations: provide a venue for team members to provide feedback and express concerns in order to help build an open communication environment; manages employee flow of questions and responds to general employee inquiries regarding employee issues, benefits, HR policies and procedures to ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution; explains and resolves problems in the areas of benefits, policies and procedures, vacation, sick, payroll, etc.; routes employee issues to Senior Management team as necessary.
• Administration: maintains the confidential personnel files and recruiting files.
• Training: deliver new hire orientation to build a strong foundation for new associates and increase employee engagement
• Coaching: coach managers to enhance their leadership skills and proactively address associate morale and engagement; help managers address employee relations issues through weighing risks and alternatives, exploring legal and company compliance concerns, and offering balanced recommendations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible “hands on” experience in Human Resources
• Proven ability to create, implement and maintain key HR processes
• Superior verbal & written communication skills
• Very strong attention to detail, organized
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; strong ethics, integrity & judgment
• Team player who is willing to get “hands dirty” and wear different “hats”
• Proficiency using MS Office – especially Excel (pivot tables)
• Experience with ADP
