Yodle is looking for a talented Accounting Manager to take our accounting department to the next level. Join our team during our tremendous growth and instantly contribute towards shaping and building out our team. Work closely with our assistant controller, VP of Finance and external auditing team.

Responsibilities
• Preparing month-end close activities especially for the revenue cycle
• Ensure monthly and year-end financials comply with GAAP
• Oversee customer billings and preparation of third party customer statements
• Preparation of monthly revenue and cash forecasting schedules, including analysis of variances
• Special projects and ad hoc financial analysis
• Establish internal controls
• Work with outside auditors on annual audit and implement comments from management letter
• Oversight and review of tax and compliance work.

Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP
• CPA/MBA
• BS in Accounting
• 5+ years experience preferably public and private
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work as a team player
