Overview
Yodle, a leading provider in local search advertising and online lead generation services to small businesses, is continuing to grow. We are actively seeking experienced, talented Account Director’s based out of our NY City office.
Responsibilities Point Person for managing client relationships.
Management, growth, and retention of a large book of business.
Work closely with Online Marketing Managers to insure world class customer experience for client base
Some basic technical assistance for clients where technical trouble shooting and product support is needed.
Assist in developing ideas, programs and initiatives that will help drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Consistently work with all departments and management to ensure highest level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
2 years+ selling and/or account management experience, preferably in the Search marketing Industry.
Outstanding sales success record with consistent performance and quota attainment
Great communication skills.
MS Office, web browsing and internet search experience.
Enjoys working in a team-oriented creative environment.
Exceptionally organized Self-Starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills and very detail oriented.
Bachelor’s degree required.
