This is a junior level contract position responsible for sourcing and pre-screening candidates. You will search for candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, networking and other methods. You will pre-screen candidate for appropriate skills and experience as well as enter them into an applicant tracking system. Position will be focused on sourcing candidates rather than full life -cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit passive and active candidates from boards, applicant database, internet, target companies, and networking groups.
• Conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
• Prepare resumes and input data and information into candidate database

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years in sourcing/recruiting in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be very computer literate. (internet search engines & MS Office products required; Applicant tracking software preferred)
• Attention to detail & follow up
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a high pace, with competing, and changing priorites
• Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results and service orientation.
• Must be capable and willing to perform daily administrative tasks.
• Independent self starter.
