Yodle is looking for a part time Office Coordinator to support our NY Headquarters office. This position requires high organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with a large and diverse office population.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, vendors and visitors
• Receive and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate staff member
• Sort and distribute all incoming correspondence and deliveries
• Perform general clerical duties such as copying, faxing and filing as needed
• Provide additional general administrative support to executives
• Special projects as assigned by varying departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years directly related experience in administrative support
• Ability to represent the company well (often as the initial impression)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – presentations, e-mail
• Ability to multitask and work within an extremely fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Be proactive and be able to handle confidential material
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting a large staff
