In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various open positions throughout the organization. Our aggressive growth plans require someone who can source and select top notch talent at a stellar rate.
Responsibilities
• Partner with managers to respond to hiring needs.
• Identify candidates through established and newly identified channels (i.e. job boards, referrals, database mining, etc.).
• Market the company to candidates; developing a sense for what sells in this market and how to present our positions and opportunities.
• Work closely with candidates throughout the process; assume responsibility for their progression and transition through the recruiting process, gauge interest and identify any possible concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups and hiring managers.
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
• Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates by approaching all work with integrity and commitment
• Ability to understand and recruit for a high volume of customer-facing sales and client services roles.
• Creativity and resourcefulness to find unique skill sets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment
