Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join Yodle’s Product team. In this highly visible role, you will be spearheading the development of one of Yodle’s local online marketing products – Yodle Organic. The ideal candidate will have a combination of customer focus, creativity, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and consistently drives for results.
As the Product Manager, you are the spokesperson for the Product. You don’t own the Product, but you lead it and the Product team. You accept full responsibility and you measure yourself in terms of results and success of the Product. You learn and set context (strategy, assumptions, objectives and metrics), create and socialize the plan, and execute against it. As the leader, you quickly gather and analyze information, make timely decisions and eliminate barriers so that the team can get things accomplished. You use process when necessary, but you also appreciate freedom and informality that allows both you and the team to quickly and creatively make an impact.
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience with online product management.
• Familiarity with the Agile Software Development process
• Experience with online advertising, SEO and/or SEM a plus
• Significant experience working with usability and user interface designers and software developers
• Knowledge of major web technologies
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication and organizational skills
• Vision to connect product features to business results
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and communicate results to management
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
