We are seeking a National Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the direction and management of National and franchise strategic accounts, directly managing corporate relationships and overseeing the management of a high volume of franchisee relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high customer satisfaction and account performance. We want proactive individuals who aren’t afraid to dive in head first and drive success within the team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction
• Guide group of interactive marketing specialists that interface with strategic National clients and ensure that the team achieves and exceeds the clients’ business objectives
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (specifically National Sales) to ensure proper resource management and continual innovation and improvement
• Define and enforce levels of service, touch plan, deliverables, and optimizations
• Oversee research, creation, implementation and management of client campaigns with various outlets such as Google, Yahoo!, Bing, CitySearch, Ask, MIVA, Enhance and others.
• Supervise analysis of campaign data and advise team on proper adjustment utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return on ad spend.
• Deliver regular high level reporting to corporate contacts
• Lead regular internal and external team meetings to discuss learnings and strategy for your National accounts

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship skills including professional communication, resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
• Analytical thinker who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes while staying the course and deliver results
• Demonstrated experience building profitable client and vendor relationships at the senior executive level
• Hands-on, action-oriented leader with the ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy
• Experience working with National/franchise relationships a strong plus
• Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including the major players and supporting technologies; specifically SEM, SEO and online lead generation
• 5+ years of hands-on online marketing experience with 2+ years SEM
• Certified Google Advertising Professional is a plus
