Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Overview

Yodle, a leading provider of local search advertising and online lead generation services to small and medium businesses, is seeking a smart, self-motivated, pay-per-click ad copy writer to join the Marketing Operations team.  This role will assist the Marketing Operations Manager with the development of a centralized pay-per-click taxonomy and ad copy system. He/She will be responsible for writing a large volume of ad copy for a diverse range of service industries as well as helping to re-organize a vast global keyword portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience managing PPC advertising campaigns and will be familiar with ad copy writing. He/She must feel comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, should have a positive attitude, and a demonstrated ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Write ad copy that effectively communicates the service value, incorporates the correct keywords, and adheres to a set of editorial guidelines
• Utilize in-house technology platforms for ad copy generation while documenting progress and meeting deadlines
• Assist in the maintenance, creation and strategic re-organization of global taxonomy.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience with PPC campaigns preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task
• Must be able to deliver high quantity/high quality output on a daily basis
• Bachelor degree from a 4-year university is required
