We are seeking a Marketing Associate within our Client Services Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with seasoned online advertising experts within a high performing client-facing function. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting with account set up, website creation, and responding to inbound customer inquiries via telephone and email. He/she will report into a Client Services Manager and support a team of Search Marketing Consultants and Analysts.
Responsibilities
• Assist in client education of basic search engine marketing issues
• Set up, create, and assist with changes for client websites
• Respond to inbound service requests via telephone and email inquiries
• Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues
Qualifications
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, account management or customer service environment
• Understanding of SEM/SEO and basic website design best practices - Google Adwords, a plus
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
