As Director of Product Marketing at Yodle, you will be responsible for launching a suite of online marketing products and services geared towards helping local businesses acquire and retain customers without them having to invest significant time and money to do so.

The ideal person will have strong business acumen and a passion for understanding markets. As a Director, you will own product marketing, work cross-functionally, and collaborate with a team of Product Managers in their effort to establish business cases and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yodle’s customer-centric efforts by developing methodologies and best practices to gather and analyze market and customer information.
• Expand on and build a segmentation strategy.
• Lead pricing models initiatives.
• Support product managers in their efforts to create sound business cases.
• Become a subject-matter expert of our buyers and our competition.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from the market and scales them over time.
• Communicate the value proposition of our products to our sales team and develop the tools that support the selling process.
• Plan the launch of all products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Develop strategies and manage marketing programs that drive demand for our products

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Internet/Software product marketing experience
• Proficient with market, business, and customer data analysis
• Analytical and creative mind
• Strong track-record in developing successful marketing plans
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Management experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing
