Director of Partner Accounts

Job Overview
The Director of Partner Accounts reports to the Senior Director, Client Services and is a member of the Client Services leadership team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all Partner Client Service functions. As the lead on the Partner Team, the Director of Partner Accounts will pilot strategic relationships with Yodle’s Reseller Partners. These relationships can include associations for small businesses and manufacturers as well as large media providers who have partnered with Yodle to white-label Yodle’s online advertising services. The Director of Partner Accounts’ will leverage their team to grow both client and partner customer satisfaction as well as grow overall all account volume. In addition, the Director of Partner Account will be responsible for hiring (grow team from 2 to 4 teams over next six months), training, process automation, and client management best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Oversee group that interfaces with Yodle’s Strategic Partners and ensure that the team achieves and exceeds the clients’ business objectives. Yodle’s Strategic Partners represent one of Yodle’s key corporate goals of 2010 /2011.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Yodle’s Strategic Partners including Yodle Resellers and small business associations.
• Comprehend and enforce contracts and amendments with Yodle’s Strategic Partners
• Hire, train and retain a fast growing and geographically dispersed Partner Client Services Team.
• Contribute to company strategy, plans and service focus, based on feedback from clients and staff.
• Actively participate in management and training of Partner Client Services Team personnel, motivating the team to a high level of performance.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (specifically Product and Sales / Business Development) to ensure proper resource management and continual innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of hands-on online marketing experience with a minimum of 2+ years SEM
• Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including the major players and supporting technologies; specifically SEM, SEO and online lead generation.
• Hands-on, action-oriented leader with the ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy.
• Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time.
• Experience managing 20 or more employees in a fast-paced, client service work environment.
• Demonstrated experience building profitable client and vendor relationships.
• Analytical thinker who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes while staying the course and deliver results.
• Bachelors Degree is required.
