We’re looking for very detailed steps of what happened here. Just saying “The sales wizard didn’t work” is not enough to give to our programmers to look into. Here’s an example of a great explanation of an error:
“First, click “Create in Yodle Live” and fill out the first page. Select DynamicMirror, then change to AdverSite. On Business Service page, add all services and then add new segment by using the search. On Site Setup, select OneSite and choose domain. Test CC, then change e-mail address to one that is different from the one on Order Information screen. Contract was not received by client. “
